Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony.
Q: Where do I park when I arrive at Trinity College for the ceremony?
A: Meter parking is available in the Trinity College parking lot on Devonshire Place (north of the Gerald Larkin Building). Metered street parking is available on Devonshire Place and Hoskin Avenue. Landmark Parking Garage - 35 Hart House Cir, University of Toronto, is another option.
Q: Can I take photos or use my phone during the ceremony?
A: No—our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that phones and cameras remain put away during the ceremony to honor this sacred moment.
Q: Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
A: No, the reception will follow the ceremony at a separate venue. Addresses can be found in the “Home Page” section of our website. We appreciate you traveling with us as we celebrate this special day.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Feel free to reach out if you are uncertain. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Are children invited to the wedding day?
A: While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Marriott Hotel, Markham for our guests. Details and booking information can be found in the “Travel” section of our website. Other hotels are available in Toronto, North York and Scarborough.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We’re blending cultures for our big day and invite you to do the same! Formal attire is requested, and cultural dress is warmly welcomed. Sarees, traditional South Asian attire, tuxes, and gowns are all perfect choices—wear what makes you feel celebratory and confident.
Q: Will there be drinks at the reception?
A: Yes! We’ll be serving a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy.
